You can postpone your 2020 Tour Date if your tour was cancelled due to quarantine!
If you haven’t already rebooked your trek or tour, please contact us so we can reserve a new date. You may reschedule anytime until 2022 and even choose a different trek or tour!. As long as the itinerary corresponds to the days of visit to Machupicchu or in case of one-day tours, you can make the change by adding the difference.
This means: If you had a 2020 trek and the country stays closed for the rest of 2020, you will be able to postpone your trek and move it to another date any time from now and for the next 2 years. We cannot provide refunds if you choose not to come on your trip when the country is reopened and activities are available again.
Why? Any fees you paid in advance for Machu Picchu fees, Huayna Picchu, train tickets, or hotels will NOT be refunded to us—they will only let us have you change your travel dates because the country is closed.
