Machu Picchu 1 Day Tour with Panoramic Train

Cusco – Poroy – Aguas Calientes – Cusco

Early in the morning, your tour guide will pick you up at the hotel or homestay; then, you will be transferred to the train station at Poroy, where you will take the train to Aguas Calientes. Enjoy the panoramic vistadome train and landscapes until you arrive in Aguas Calientes. A representative will welcome you and then escort you to the bus station to catch the bus that goes up to Machu Picchu.

The bus ride from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu lasts approximately 30 minutes, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Once you arrive at Machu Picchu, you will meet with your tour guide and explore the most important places inside. The guided tour in Machu Picchu will last about 2 hours. Afterward, you will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, where you will have time for lunch and explore this colorful town that is utterly filled with souvenirs, shops, restaurants, and bars.

Then, you will take the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo. According to your train tickets, you will return to Poroy. Finally, the transfer will pick you up at the train station to return to your hotel in Cusco.
